Start with Tenoa Module A
In your first session, you will receive free access to Chapter 1 of Module A. This chapter introduces the logic behind the Tenoa system and helps you understand what users experience during practice.
You will progress through the 8 Module A chapters:

Understand the logic behind the method and how movement change is approached. - Chapter 2 · Principles of Tenoa learning
Learn how movement improves through comfort, repetition, and experience rather than correction. - Chapter 3 · Context and practice structure
Understand how standing and floor practice work together to support safe, effective movement. - Chapter 4 · Movement organization
Discover how coordinated movement emerges through whole-body integration and ease. - Chapter 5 · The role of the Strategic Exercise
Learn how and when to use a Strategic Exercise to reduce discomfort and restore movement. - Chapter 6 · Master the Level 1 exercises
Understand how short daily sequences build coordination and long-term change. You will learn the exercises that make up the three Level 1 sequences and the considerations used to decide which journey is most appropriate for each user. Jax will guide you through each exercise at a high level. - Chapter 7 · Observation and guidance
Develop the ability to observe movement and provide meaningful, clear guidance without overcorrecting. - Chapter 8 · Integration into practice
